Enordic becomes Enordic Evergreen – Entering a new chapter

We are proud to announce that Enordic is now Enordic Evergreen. The new name reflects our new entity as a long-term contributor in the Nordic energy transition, dedicated to building clean energy infrastructure.

As of July 2025, Enordic Evergreen operates as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), a Nordic-focused platform fully owned by Ardian Clean Energy Evergreen Fund (ACEEF). Enordic Evergreen has an ambition to drive further growth through new renewable energy investments in the region and the long ownership perspective allows systematic development of the fleet and operating model.

We are also pleased to welcome Timo Pohjakallio as our new CEO. With deep experience in renewable energy, investments and strategic leadership, he brings a fresh perspective and drive to lead our next phase of growth.

Enordic founding partners Eero Auranne and Thomas Linnard continue actively within Enordic Evergreen set-up. Eero will assume the role as Chairman of the Board and Thomas will serve as CFO for the company.
