During the event, Aleksi Lumijärvi, our M&A and Investment Director, provided valuable insights from an investor’s perspective on the electricity market situation: “The supply-demand situation of the Finnish electricity market is often framed as a chicken-and-egg problem. But all we really have is an egg-problem; there are too many chickens and more constantly coming. Or maybe the whole metaphor doesn’t work very well in perceiving the current situation. In any case, there is plenty of supply, and it’s really time for the demand to show up.”
